Returns & Exchanges

At 8Solstice, we take pride in offering high-quality jewelry.  Due to the durable nature of our pieces, all jewelry sales are final.  However, we understand that customer satisfaction is important, and we offer the following policies:

Final Sale 

  • All jewelry purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Custom or engraved items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged jewelry within 5 days of purchase. 
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges can be made for the same item or store credit of equal value.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used toward any future purchases
  • Photos of the item may be required for verification.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact info@8solstice.com with your order details.
  2. Securely package the item and include the original receipt.
  3. Ship the item to P.O. Box 732, Riverview, FL 33569 using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received, we will process the exchange or issue store credit within 5-7 business days

Change of Address

Occasionally, customers enter an incorrect address at checkout.  If you have made an error, please be sure to contact us ASAP at info@8solstice.com.  We cannot guarantee that the change can be made, but we will make our best effort.  Unfortunately, we cannot change the address after your order has shipped. 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at info@8solstice.com.  We will do our best to accommodate you.  Unfortunately, because our order fulfillment process is designed to get the order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
