Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship worldwide, though some products have restrictions and can't be sent internationally.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided based on item availability and the chosen shipping method. Some carriers display estimated dates at checkout.

Shipping rates are weight-based, with item weights listed on product pages.  All weights round up to the next full pound per carrier policies.

Lost or Stolen Packages in Transit

8Solstice is not responsible for damages that may occur to product during shipping, including product that is lost in transit.  We suggest sending returns with proof of delivery.

Return to Sender / Refused Parcels

Return to sender packages are those that are returned back to us as undeliverable. All return to send charges will be passed on to the customer unless there is an error in the shipping address causing the package to be returned. there may be a charge to resend it to the correct address. Please review your shipping address carefully before you submit your order. If you see a problem and need us to fix the address, please contact as soon as possible at info@8solstice.com.
